Six hours underwater is nothing, but we have had some funky arse weather the last couple weeks. Dig a couple up and see if they’re dead, but without any other info, I’d give it some time... Also, how deep did you plant and do you have a rotary hoe? If the seed isn’t dead, then you may want to let the ground crust over and run a rotary hoe to crumble the crust and make it a little easier for them to emerge.
