It probably really means a great deal to Tiger.
He won so much between 1997 and 2005 that he may have taken for granted how difficult it is to win a golf tournament.
This is significant for him. It makes it possible to catch Jack Nicklaus.

This a huge sports moment because it’s more than sports. It’s a reminder to anyone that no matter how far one can screw up their own life, no matter how life can tear you down mentally and physically, you have the power and choice to make amends, persevere and refuse to let go or give up.
This is a damn powerful moment that anyone can apply to their own lives.
I was never a Tiger fan in golf or life. The man created his own hell to break him down and also had his body break him down even further. For a while, I’m sad to say rather enjoyed it all in twisted way.
However, I have no choice but to recognize and respect someone going to hell and refusing to stay there.
This is a damn powerful moment that anyone can apply to their own lives.

So what makes Lebron better than MJ? Because he’s chased rings and padded his stats with 4 different teams and MJ built his legacy with the same organization, not to mention MJ actually went to college and wasn’t even a top draft pick and still had more MVPs and rings than Lebron will ever have

Well said. I’m not really a Tiger fan at all and often rip some of the insane fanboys, but it was cool to watch. No need to rain on the parade today.
