Why should we trust that AG Barr is not a political operative/appointee

He most likely, in his 70s, left a easy multimillion dollar job as a partner at one of the best firms in america...to potentially take all the heat for trump.
We still don't know who paid off all of BK's debts, mortgages before his confirmation.
Is it really implausible to suggest that GOP operatives have paid Barr multimillions through backchannels to steer the russia thing clear?
Its clear that the evidence in the report is damning, unethical, unflattering, and alarming, but not prosecutable. Our standard for governance and good faith in our institutions cannot just be *legality means acceptability*. That destroys all norms and customs that we side pass because of our good faith in man, belief in the greater good, belief in our good intentions, and bc we dont want to be straddled with over legislation and government oversight.
We are undoing those good faith measures now because far too many in this country base their morality off of our laws (which have been sadly immoral at various times in history).
What has Barr done to deserve our good faith in him considering how he has plagued the investigation from its outset? We have a documented, by his own admission, overseer of the most important political investigation in US history? Why should we just trust that he does have ulterior motives?
He's near retirement and possibly took a multimillion dollar pay cut for this pressure cooker?
Doesn't add up, nor should it to you either

WTF? All U.S. Attorney Generals are political appointees.
Name one that is not. You can't.

But, but hand picked by the President. This is a precedent, right?

Where is your evidence that Barr is trying to cover up findings?
1) he offered to mueller to read his summary of key conclusions
2) he is seeking advice and counsel of mueller in the redaction process of whole report
3) he agreed to testify

Typo.I meant operative. He just loathed conspiracy theories at a House meeting yesterday. He made a very nuanced defense for 45 yesterday in the midst of his hearing.
Who does he work for -- 45 or the us? The DOJ is supposed to be a independent judiciary branch, but the presidents judiciary branch which he can wield and weaponize at his leisure

But we should totally trust Eric Holder & Loretta Lynch aka Elizabeth Carlisle right?

You mean like Odumbf*ck's Wingman?
Despite having the MOST CORRUPT administration in the history of this country, Odumbf*ck appointed the two biggest pieces of criminal FILTH to be his Attorney General. As a result, he goes around now telling anyone who would listen how his administration was so clean because there was never any investigations into wrong doings.

Hey StrongSafety, if you're looking for the Q thread, it's the one with about a gazillion pages.

Loretta Lynch aka Elizabeth Carlisle right?
I guarantee you that that reference will go over the heads of every ProgFilth on this board because neither PMSNBC nor the ClintonNewsNetwork has ever even MENTIONED it.

He has done the bare minimum, what about the choices in between. You're completely ignoring his 19 page opinion on the SC that as laughed as as legal trash by vet lawyers. Is he not a biased observer and now overseer? Why did he come to a conclusion on the report as opposed to sending it to congress first? He could have sent it to them redacted, without a conclusion.
He refused to say if he shared it with the WH. Agents have come out and said he didn't use their summaries. He literally used 4 partial sentences from the 300+ report in his 4 page summary.

Sure.
When Barr fails to enforce the law please let us know.
