No you are dickweed. Take out your "bonus" and you are making 3% more. Notice, it was not an ANNUAL bonus, it was a SIGN ON bonus. Aka, one and done.

My ANNUAL bonus can range from ~5-15% so my actual gross fluctuates.

If you worked for me, and I read this, I would fire you immediately.

No you're not. Obviously you need to go back to college and get an understanding of total compensation
