But you're saying "I'm okay with the bar marking up for on premise consumption so why would I care when the brewery does it for off premise?"

I always figured part of the price I was paying at a bar was for the ambiance, like a cover tacked on to the price of the drink.

I don't clean the glass, cool the beer, pour it, have to worry about going buy 10 different types for my friends to enjoy...
I might be crazy though.

I'm saying that I'm okay with paying $6-8 for a beer regardless of where it is purchased and consumed.

Why do I care where the money is going? If I'm getting the same product for the same price, it doesn't matter to me.
