These large outbreaks of viral afflictions among Americans is directly attributed to the influx of unvaccinated immigrants who have avoided or are being allowed to bypass the proper process established for foreign nationals seeking entry into the country.
I suppose you would blame the parents of an American female teenager who was raped by an undocumented immigrant for a pregnancy that resulted from the assault- after all, only religious luddite wackjobs would neglect their societal responsibility to see to it that their pubescent teen daughters be implanted with an invasive and potentially harmful IUD or put on a endless regimen of developmentally disruptive hormonal birth control medication
