Did Clapper implicate obama on Anderson Cooper interview???

The folks at Conservative Treehouse have been on a storyline where they think the fallback or Alamo position is the Rice memo she wrote to herself, literally 15 minutes before Trump was sworn in where she says there was a meeting with comey, clapper, yates, breenan? and obama said to do the russian investigation by the book, and be careful sharing info with the new admin.
Sees thats why we lied and spied, it was for the safety of the American people.
Trump on the other hand isnt taking the bait and has been continually asking "where did it all start". He damn well knows where it all started, he is just baiting the cabal.
Ironically I think the cabal is thinking about Trump and asking "what does he know, and when did he know it", ah the irony. He knows it all thanks to that patriot Mike Rogers, that is one true American who believes the oath he took.

Yes he did. Investigate, then to prison every last one of them that had something to do with this. If you knew what was going on and didn’t do anything about it, you are just as guilty.

So true, the mantra will be, they did interfere, and we were just trying to protect you as Americans.

Doesn't even matter if Brennan was implicitly trying to shift blame/responsibility to Hussein or not. Of course Obama was at the center of Spygate, just like it wasn't just Loretta Lynch and her underlings at the DOJ who decided to tell the FBI not to find any indictable offenses regarding Hillary Clinton and the email scandal.

The question re Clapper's statement is whether it was pre-meditated message in order to let the Obama folk know that He (Clapper) won't be a sacrificial lamb, and that they had better get their deal people working to shut it down.
Or it could be that Clapper is just that dumb, and His statement was off the cuff, I.e., true.
By this time next year, it'll all be out on the table. Obama "wiretapped" Trump, and a lot of tangential Republicans (Rand Paul, Hannity, et al?) were Unmasked by Obama Deep State Operatives who were in full blown Intel Community Coup warfare mode.
We'll see if Barr is servant of the Constitution, Rule of Law and Equal Justice...or a servant of the State. We already know where the Dem Party/Dem Base stands...Democratic Socialist (Authoritarian version), empowered via the importation of illegal immigrant voters. That dog won't hunt; they are fools if they think it will. They will destroy the Democracy (Democratic Republic) and force Trump/Constitutional America to reject Democratic ("mob rule"), and in effect become 'Authoritarian'.
