Well unfortunately for you it is illegal to discriminate against race, color, religion, and country of origin according to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

I know it's illegal. I'm not arguing otherwise. I'm questioning whether it is necessary anymore.

I'll survive. Not sure how I climbed to that position after arguing with you for weeks that conference champions should be an auto qualifier in an 8 team playoff.

I truly believe the market would keep companies in line on their own. I don't think a restaurant who only served whites would be very successful, for example. In theory it might sound like a great business, but the stigma attached to any patrons would be social suicide for most.
Yep.

Ok . You can’t Think. I see the problem. You are trapped in a Narrative Box. Baby steps.

If you ever escape the Narrative just revisit my posts and think about the concept of State COMPELLED Speech.

PayPal and other “ banks” already do. Among those exiled from their platforms are perfectly Law-abiding 2nd Amendment advocates, 1st Amendment advocates etc.

There are no gay specific medications.

Pharmacists can refuse to carry certain medications, like birth control.

Choose a different example.

What sets precedent? Comparing federally regulated occupations/businesses to a small budiness like a Bakery?
