Worth it at that price?
Have an original XL right now.
I know the Galaxy S10 is getting great reviews, but I want to stay Google (plus it's a few hundos cheaper).
Small part of me is saying to wait and see what the 4 will bring.

I paid $699 and love mine. Thought about getting the XL, but the regular fits in my pocket perfectly and I couldn't imagine having a much bigger phone. Be sure to get a case for it, because the phone itself is quite slippery. I got the black phone with the blue google case and it's protected my phone just fine. Also got a good screen protector.

When does the 4 drop?
Probably October or November.

Yes. I have the 3 and it's awesome. Switched from iPhone 8. Integrates with other Google smart home products nicely.

Specifically wait until black Friday deals because the last couple of years have seen great deals on pixels that are only a month old.

Is it true that it doesn't have a native email application? If so, my company's Outlook server wouldn't work with it. Security implications.

I've had a Pixel XL 2 for over a year and still love it. I took a look at the comps for upgrades on the 3 vs. 2 and didn't see a thing that would tempt me to switch, I'll wait for 4.

Same. I'm still impressed with the battery life.

Nah. I'd wait for the OnePlus 7 to come out in a couple of months.

I find wireless charging pretty handy. That's the only thing that really swayed me from the 2 the last time I upgraded.

Yeah the pixel 2xl has been the best phone I've ever owned by far.

Honestly I'm not sure what you are asking but I have no issues getting outlook set up on my phone.
