OT Ballers/Biz Owners : Changing Business Address - Louisiana

My wife and I operate an internet-based side business from our house. We are relocating to another city for work. We used our residence as the business's address when we created the business and bank account and when we registered the business with the IRS and LA SoS.
We are not selling our house, we plan to rent it out.
We are moving into a rental house in another city in LA so we won't be taking the business address with us.
In Louisiana you can't make a P.O. Box your business address.
Has anyone run into something like this?
Should we restrict the tenants from receiving mail at our house/their rental and have all mail forwarded to us? (the community shares a locked mailbox that is divided for each unit)
What are all of our options?

You're going to rely on the Post Office to forward all your business mail?

Go get a box at UPS. That gives you a physical address.

You want to tell the people who are going to be renting your house, that they can’t accept mail there?
Your rental ad:
POS landlord looking for tenant that cannot get mail delivered to the address. Don’t worry, I’m not going to be a dick about anything else though....I promise....please believe me. No smoking or pets and cannot park car on road or driveway. $1550/m OBO

Get a box at one of those commercial mailbox places. It doesn’t count as a PO Box plus they will accept and hold all your packages since you will probably be off at your day job and unable to sign for them. Secretary of State will accept that address. I did it before.
The other idea about your house and no mail for renters is stupid. Were you drinking when you thought of that?

In Florida all you do is file amended articles with a change of address form on their website with the division of corporations. Change the physical address to your new address. Your company can have a PO Box as the mailing address.
