Can Wade do anything legally to counterpunch? I’m not a lawyer so I’m clueless, but if he’s an innocent man, seems like he’d have a right to clear his name and sue for damages against the source of the leak and/or LSU/NCAA for repercussions suffered from the leak if he is in fact innocent.

If the current transcript of the FBI wiretap recordings is not enough proof that Wade is a cheater then there will never be sufficient evidence of any kind to convince you he is a cheater.
But it is only LSU fans that are bias blind to what everyone else in the nation can see clearly. Step away for a second and ask an unbias person what their take is on this.
