I am as big a Wade fan as any. But Wade not showing up for meeting to talk about this and having his attorney respond left the admin no choice imo. I still want to keep Wade no matter what. But, I do not fault the admin for the suspension after that.

Sigh this is regurgitated bullshite. The administration put him in a position to have to say no to a meeting because there was no reason to have a meeting at this point and it would only serve to hurt Wade going forward regardless of guilt or innocence.
They created a lose/lose situation for Wade and was going to suspend him regardless. I wouldn’t have gone to the meeting either. It is obvious the situation that LSU was putting Wade into. Now LSU looks like jackasses once again.

What do you mean? And yes I blame him. The guy refuses to man up in any situation. Please tell me the benefit of the suspension. Also, wtf does move on look like to you?

Does anyone actually think this was Alleva s decision? This was a directive from the board of supervisors.

What in your mind makes Wade an idiot?
I'll answer for Sela. He's not an idiot, but dealing directly with Dawkins was idiotic.

So in your world Alleva has no free will. fricking not up and refuse to be part of a bad decision. Just say I can’t frick the players like that and resign. At least people would respect him

You already discussed this with him months ago, no reason to rehash this now
Unless, of course, Wade told Alleva nothing new would come out. And then something did.
Then Alleva needed to meet with Wade to allow him to explain WTF man, you said there was nothing else.
If Wade refused to meet, what choice did Alleva have that wouldn't have been viewed by the NCAA as lack of institutional control, the hammer they have used several times recently.
And I would like Alleva fired today but this is on Wade more than anyone else.
I think maybe the power brokers that want Aleva gone can parlay this into his walking papers regardless of what goes down. There is no scenario here that makes Alleva looks competent. Either he hired a guy who was skirting the rules (at best) directly without using a middleman for plausible deniability (then believed the guy when he said that was all of it), or you suspended a coach in crunchtime of, potentially, the best run in your schools basketball history.
Frick Alleva, but this incident wasn't on him IMO.

Any manager realizes that when a story like this breaks and the coach refuses to meet with administrators you have two choices: termination or suspension.

I don't.
You're opening doors for the dreaded LOIC and the NCAA looking into the football program as well.
The administration did the right thing.

Ok. We are definitely not on the same page. We are arguing completely different points.
