Hey guys, what kind of oil/polish do you use on your ostrich boots?

Don’t oil them!
Most boot stores will have conditioners for leather that will work. I use Kali boot conditioner made in Milton La on my exotics. Use a soft bristle tooth brush for the hard to reach areas.

No oil. Wipe with damp cloth and apply kali boot cream every so often. Mine are 6 years old and still look brand new.

I use Lexol cleaner & conditioner on all of my leather goods. Shoes, boots, luggage, briefcase, etc. Works great

I'm wanting a pair of Ostrich boots, but haven't found one I liked yet. What does everyone have?

Justin crepes I sold on eBay were solid until discovering I loved square toes. Will own another pair one day but I have enough right now or that’s what I keep telling myself.

I have the Suede Tecovas, but the Chocolate Ostrich is out of stock in my size. Mot sure about the Pecan.

Uncle Jack
There just aren't enough places around here that sell Lucchese.

Cowboychief.com is a Lucchese dealer. I've been lurking there a bit.

How you like the Tecovas? I wanna try a pair of their ostrich but hearing that they run narrow has kept me from ordering.

I like them. They did run tight and I had to go with the EE. If you wear boot cut jeans I wouldn't recommend them. Their return policy is great and you can simply send them back.

I typically wear a 12 in just about every shoe, but tried the tecovas on at their booth at the Houston rodeo last week and wound up in a 11.5 EE. Couldn’t get my foot in the regular 12 and the 12 wide was huge.

Unfortunately they didn’t have any inventory to sell there so I didn’t buy any, and now I have had a chance to second guess the purchase and haven’t pulled the trigger

Tony Lama San Saba collection.

Tony Lama also makes an exotic boot leather conditioner that works well.
