The wife wants me to take it down since so many people hurt themselves on it, says it’s a liability. I say nothing implies it’s safe...so use at your own risk.

I know my house is shitty.

Say one of sons friends comes over, climbs up there and breaks his leg in a fall. Would I lose a lawsuit?

It's Louisiana, you can get sued if your neighbor cuts himself in his own kitchen

You could have left the pic and 90% of the info out and just left a kid getting hurt in your house and the answer would still be yes

Get them to sign a waiver. Also, don’t let morons on it.

No one can answer this question definitively, but yes you would definitely lose.

Yes. You're liable 100 out of 100 times with that shite on your wall.

Take middle panel down and replace with a hangboard, then no one will know how to campus through the traverse.

Believe me, this is not why she wants you to take it down.

That's nice. You take your bike tire to Home Depot to match your interior paint?

That's just her excuse. She wants you to take it down because it looks terrible.
