I dont think shes this dumb. I refuse to believe it.
I think she wants to influence the ignoramuses of the country to get behind her dumb message.
The dems know this tactic is unconstitutional, so what do they have to lose if its suggested? If they get what they want then they win.

It’s ok, the SCOTUS didn’t understand it either when the issue was states having a house in their bicameral legislatures based on geography rather than population. They ended up ruling that practice as unconstitutional. It would be funny if it wasn’t true. That is why in states, they still have to have both their house and senate chambers based on population with the only real difference maybe being the number of legislators (fewer senators means larger senate districts than house districts).

I disagree with that proposition, but that disagreement does not mean that she is uninformed.

Even dumber that you believe she doesn't understand. Her whole point is to address a change that needs to be made. It's a point that a lot of liberal people have been bringing up lately. It's normal to change things over time as the situation changes itself
