Here's the rub.

We have shitty muscle tissue. Chimps and most other primates have much more compact muscle fibers. A human lifter would be weaker than a strong chimp.
A regular chimpanzee could probably pull your arm off if he wanted.
Their muscles can be less than half the size of ours and be greater in strength.

chimp muscles

frick YEAH! This thread survived the night!

I have yet to see a reasonable response to how the wild animal chimp makes up for the techinical skill of a fighter which will almost certainly guarantee the chimp eats a kick to the face while coming in

It's the same reason we don't give reasonable responses to children who believe in Santa Claus.

They have extra weapons. They bite they have foot hands.
It grabs your hand and you will have a broken hand. Then it will get to biting.

I watched Dynasties on BBC about chimp society. The leader got jumped. They bit of a thumb and a toe, had him gashes up broken and left for dead. The chimp got up and still went back and took back his group.

That level of toughness is scary.

Let's drop chimp.
I bet a baboon would be hard to beat

Your chances are better, but you still have to get close to the chimp to use the bat. Way too close to be guaranteed to keep its hands off you. And what if it takes the bat from you? You're fricked.

:largequote:chimps does not compute

Male chimps living in the wild can get as big as 150 lbs. Ones in captivity, leading a more sedentary life can get bigger. Travis the Chimp weighed in excess of 200 lbs.

That's large by my standards, and combine it with their rate of strength and the fact they can use all 4 limbs to grab and do harm and their mouths full of teeth that have been know to chew peoples faces, fingers, hands, etc. right off in a heartbeat, I'd not want one going after me.

Do some research before posting shite.

ubt it. I've seen that 1.35x figure, but don't buy it. In an often quoted study, a zoo chimp pulled 847 pounds one-handed.
you dumb motherfricker so you dont believe the scientific study from a few years ago you chose to believe the one that has been debunked from the 20?? You believe in flat earth too?

Ok so whos moving goalpost now? I did do research I know big ones can get up to 150 pounds that still isnt shite to a heavyweight mma fighter. And if your using the 200 pound chimp for comparison I can say yeah and there's humans who are 6'11 weigh over 400 pounds and can pull firetrucks

I love how you berate another poster for ignoring the scientific proof on this, but your entire argument that a bare handed human could handle a large wild animal goes against pretty much all scientific proof that's ever been given.

the reason is you dont have one unless you believe a chimp has a super human chin and kicks to the face just dont affect them

I am in shock with how stupid you are. Do chimps have super human reflexes and ability too you think?

There's no moving goalposts. It's fact, and if just facts scare you, then you have no business making such asinine posts in the first place. From what I've seen in the few responses I've read, you're delusional at best if you believe what you're posting.

200 pound chimps are common in zoos. They eat better from birth. Chimps in zoos and compounds often get 250+. So, you're only gonna fight the welterweights? No Heavyweights?

It's a proven fact that chimps have much higher reflexes and a more fast twitch muscle fibers.

So, by definition they do have "superhuman" reflexes.
