Gun Laws fail once again. Because SJW'S don't enforce them.

He's got a 1995 felony aggravated assault conviction in Mississippi. He can't legally own a weapon.
Yet he passes a background check in Aurora after a 5 day waiting period and legally buys the weapon in 2014 mind you. Someone should be fired right here.
Then he applies for concealed carry and his prints flag him with the State for the Felony. Illinois denies the permit, now they know there's a felon with a weapon.
Again this is 2014 and they SEND HIM A LETTER ASKING HIM TO RELINQUISH THE WEAPON. The one evidently no one bothers to follow up on and he does his thing with the other day.
Gun Laws. frick You SJW's. Another one on you. This was entirely preventable if the law had been enforced. Democrats.

Go look up the sentencing gun offenders get in Chicago. It’s a joke.
For all their gnashing of teeth over guns, they don’t want the actual offenders to serve much time.

he was registered to vote as a democrat so there was no need to take his gun away, after all, it was assumed he was just supposed to shoot republicans with that gun
