It's chickensh*t for fans to heckle amateur athletes. I've witnessed this crap at high school playoff games. They should be immediately removed.
As far as the LSU fan, I just would like to see him moved back from the backstop some and back with the other fans. As a former coach I don't want the potential distraction to my players. And I also wonder if it's just a coincidence that he's where he's always in camera view. That smacks of self promotion to me.
I dig his enthusiasm though.
