Y’all keep on saying bad precedent but since 76 over 58 nat emergencies have been declared
Take a look at what they involve:
Iran, nuclear weapons, Palestine, Colombian narcos, Sudan, the Balkans, Zimbabwe, post-9/11 action, Belarus, Congo, North Korea, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Crimea, Chinese cyber-attacks, Nicaragua.
Essentially zero of that is relevant to domestic policy.
This is a shite precedent, and it's the kind of thing that will come back to bite conservatives in the arse. And to think we all (rightfully) complained about Obama's abuse of EO's.
Can't wait for the national emergency on gun control or climate change.

You left out the swine flu.

The swine flu or ebola thing wasn't about domestic situations?
That said, can you point out where the provisions limits it's use to foreign affairs?
Thanks.

Protecting the fricking border is as foreign policy as it gets

Definitely could see the Prog/Dim leftists trying to use a national emergency proclaimation for those two items.

Yep, none of those you listed harm our country like illegal immigration.
Declare and build.
