I get the point here, but if we make the tournament this year and next year and don't give him a good raise, he's not going to wait around for 2 more years after that

I also agree with the post saying a commitment to improve facilities is more important.

That shite needs to get done ASAP.

What is it about this board that makes posters throw all caution to the wind when it comes to supporting our gamble of a football coach but then we become incredibly cautious when it comes to our far less risky basketball coach

We’re in our second year of measured success with Will Wade, we knew he had potential when we hired him, I’m ready to give him the PMAC upgrades and a moderate raise since we’re doing all of that for CEO already
