He doesn’t need a raise this year unless we go far in the tournament. If we get a Final Four appearance, you move him up to 3rd in the conference. But either way, he’s merited some additional investment in the program. Make the upgrades to the PMAC and basketball facilities

I disagree. Wade has done a fantastic job turning this program around after a decade of irrelevance. Say we get matched up with Murray St. in the first round and lose a close game because Ja Morant goes off. It would be disappointing, but still an amazing season. If we want to keep this guy long term, we need to make sure we stay ahead of the curve before the blue bloods inevitably come calling.

We don't need to give him a raise, just for the sake of giving him a raise. If other teams come calling, then you pay the man. If he begins to sniff around, and pay is the issue, you pay the man.

There may already be clauses in his contract that say if he makes it so far he gets a bump in pay anyway.

No Uppy he needs a raise.

He is probably the best Head Coach on campus.

Idk, it wouldnt be that crazy to bump him up to the second highest paid coach in the SEC (a few hundred thousand) as I think he is probably that. Though I think we should go crazy with the salary we start bringing home championships.
