Admittedly, I'm not a big basketball fanatic. So this may have already been discussed. So please excuse my ignorance if it has been discussed.

The waist band of his shorts are flipped inside out at the top.

The inside of the wasted band has a rubbery tacky substance so the shorts don't slide down. He's simply flipped his so they are rolled up

Kids have been doing that for a few years now. I would say at least 3 years if not 4 or 5. I think these new unis just have a different color material on the inside of the waist band.

That's his dick bro. He has to wrap it around his waist. Otherwise, it would prevent him from jumping as high when it is hanging down. You know, gravity and all that.
