You're going to get alot of different answers and some people pushing for you to try their diet.
Edit: Looky there ^^
My simplest approach would be to try and limit your salt intake. Make sure you're getting in enough potassium. Check it over the course of a couple weeks and see if this is helping at all. You're relatively young I think you can make slight adjustments and manage this on your own with proper diet, exercise, etc...

There is truth in both of these posts. Make sure your salt intake is not excessive relative to Potassium intake. High quality fish oil and magnesium supplements will also help somewhat. L-Arginine might help, but I haven’t tried that so look for confirmation from someone that has. Lastly, lowering carbs will drop blood pressure. It’s just a fact and I don’t follow a low carb diet, so I have no agenda here. There will be some people who bash Old War in this thread just because of his overall reputation on this board, but he is right on this topic.

Actually all three. So salt isn't bad, salt swings are as are salt to potassium intake.
Vertical diet has a lot of good info on this.
For other things, long fasting helps usually but it is temporary but staying in a deficit can will usually help.
Other then that besides working out, things like yoga or true mediation will help usually by reducing stress
Also sleep, get a full 8 hours, 9-10 if at all possible.

Physical exertion helps strengthen your heart.
A stronger heart can pump blood more efficiency.
If you like cardio or lifting continue to do both.
