I don't believe this.

It would be horrible for an organization to do this. Agents will begin to treat New Orleans as a pariah.

I think the Pelicans and rightfully so just are not interested in all the Lakers assets unless the Lakers are willing to trade four first round picks

Will they?

There are a lot more non destination teams than destination teams and none of them benefit from the way big markets are basically able to bully and force the hands of smaller markets.

The Spurs already came out practically begging Demps to take a stand and not bend to the Lakers will.

And honestly, talking to some people in LA, most aren't buying this narrative and are blaming Magic for this ridiculous charade.
