If you mean the parish, it’s Beaver. Only place with a big enough range to always have grass to hit off. Chipping green has plenty of room. Large putting area. Everything in one spot.

Beaver Creek (not in the city)
Santa Maria
...
LSU
...
Webb (hitting off mats into a net)
Other than that, I don't think there is a range open to the public in BR. Is Sherwood still have the range open?

Beaver by far has the best hitting area. The chipping area is nice as well.
Santa Maria is closer and has a great short game area, but the hitting area is always chewed up. It can get hard to find an area that has grass and isn't bumpy. The people out there need to learn how to hit off a range so that it can repair itself (straight lines 4"-6" apart)

Yes, they have a range, its pretty bad though, the grass is god awful, very tall, more a mixture of weeds than actual grass. The mats are ok I guess, for mats.

I live close so I go often. The mat is worn out and kinda hard. My chest hurts after hitting 90 balls cuz of the vibration from impact.

How is the Dumas practice area?

Think the practice range is Clark's, fwiw. But that's based on a quick Google search, because I have never stepped foot on either course, tbh.
And completely forgot they had a range and the first tee out there.

Yeah, I pass by there sometimes and see they have a big range. I didn't know if they had a chipping and putting area.

No need to go to Clark Park unless you are just getting a young golfer started swinging. The putting green is scorched and it’s February. The chipping green is crap. The greens on the course aren’t much better.
The only redeeming quality is that it is a short course that my 11 year old can play from the regular tees and not get discouraged.
