You just have to suck it up. I don't like broccoli, but I eat it 3x a week.

Yep, try bacon and cheese to ease him in. Then, at some point, he will start to eat them.
A good, cold Caesar salad is what go me to eat salad.
How old is he?

I love veggies and salads. Even eat them raw.
I’m happy with a simple steamed vegetable with chicken stock.
I know what he’s going through. I used to hate them as a kid.
Mostly a texture thing.
