He will send it anywhere you want. But Mobile is a container port and I’m sure there are thousands there closer to you. Google.

You should check out gsaauctions.gov and look under Location. Louisiana has 11 mobile homes up for auction that ends tomorrow. You can inspect each MH at the depot on N. Sherwood Forest Blvd., just north of Choctaw. 1BR 1BA 8x48 finished mobile homes have bids that range from $5100-8,250. Some are missing furniture and some are missing appliances, and some have everything. Some 14x52 2BR 1BA also.

If this is too quick you can tell them that and they may tell you when the next auction is coming up. They will be ending these auctions within the next few months(guess on my part)

I have power and water to the property but obviously would need to run lines.

GC so you got your building for $3,500 . . . . how much you have on the inside build out?

I use it as a shed but they can easily be converted to a camp. They offer tons of options but with each additional option, I imagine the price continues to go up. Like I said, I have the lofted barn. There are lifts on each end that would make perfect beds if you don’t need it to sleep very many.

One guy delivered my shed on a flat bed and forklift. He set it up on skids and anchored it down.
