Nakamoto strikes again: Southern Univ. allegedly awarding contracts to single entity

The owner of Neighborhood Restoration BR LLC, Milton Laday, told WBRZ he is good friends with the executive director of facilities services at Southern University. However, he told WBRZ that he did not think his friendship had anything to do with him getting the contracts.The contracts involved work done on public buildings for maintenance and repairs.

It grinds my gears to no end that we have the highest sales tax in the US, coupled with an income tax, and this is the result.
I don't care if this is the ONLY fradulent use of taxpayer money across the state, which
is fantasy land.
The people responsible for these sorts of things should be paraded throughout the street and anyone who was a net-positive taxpayer should have free reign to throw stones.
