First off, Williams is probably my favorite player on this year's MBB team. I have a question about his development and draft stock. As a McDonald's All American player I think it's safe to say he has NBA aspirations. Are we hoping that he learns to play bigger and maybe develop some post moves that will allow him to bang down low in the NBA. Or are we hoping he develops more touch and a shot that allows him to be more of a 3 and D plus a rebounder? I know he plays bigger than his size but I just don't see a 6'6 guy banging in the paint down low in the NBA

There's no way he's an NBA guy after this year, I'd say he's a 3-4 year college player with the big factor holding him back being his height. At 6'6 and his game right now an NBA team wouldn't think of drafting him. He's eventually going to have to start shooting the ball some to get NBA scouts really noticing him.

He wasn’t a mcdonald’s all-american, although he did play in a seperate all-star game and dominated

IMO, he will need to develop more of an all court game to be a successful pro player. He needs to improve ball handling and shooting along with continuing to improve other skills and bb iq.

A true tweener. Needs to develop mid range jumper and improves ball handling to get paid. He could easily be a Williams from Tn type 4 year player

Without a slick jumper, he doesn't have a prayer of making it in the NBA.

He needs to stop trying to stand out with his looks and do things that count....Taylor is an example of what he should have been doing....and he had the first chance.

Will be a very good college basketball player when it's all said and done.

Right now he's not ready to be on an nba roster.

Emmitt is doing just fine. You idiots that try and manage player's pro careers instead of acknowledging the great work they do for our team are obnoxious to say the least.

He wasn't a McDonalds player. He played in the Jordan/Brand classic. The only freshman that played in the McDonalds was Naz. I think concerning his time at LSU he is being looked at as a post player-rebounder, low post scorer, post defender.

He has to,develop a shot and ball handling skills. His only NBA chance is as a wing player. He has few if any of the skills to be an NBA wing today. Add a shot and ball handling. His other attributes become very very valuable to the NBA. He has some time to,develop. But it is a very long way to go.

Ultimately he has to be able to shoot the 3 & be mobile with the ball more than he is now. If not needs to continue to add weight & at least develop a mid range game

Brandon Bass was 6’6” too, but had bulk & a jumper. Draymond 6’5”, again has bulk & an insane wing span, good passer.

He can make but needs to develop a niche. He’ll never be a high pick

Have no idea about his NBA potential, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching him play Saturday night against Arkansas. I felt like his hustle on the inbound press led to most of the turnovers that got us back in the game. Can see only good things coming from him.
