Metro Exodus pre-order pulled from Steam, Epic Store timed exclusive for a year

Won't return to Steam till 2020. If you already pre-ordered on Steam, you get to keep it, everyone else has to use Epic Store or wait a year.
Splitting the PC user base, nice.
PC gaming is about to re-enter the dark ages with every company wanting their own DRM. Dying Light dev is talking about having their own storefront now...

As much as I want this game I will not use EPIC launcher or give them money directly, I can wait

We agree on something.
Personally for me, no Steam = no buy. Simple.
Refuse to have my friends list, community hub, etc splintered. It's sad that console games are now superior in this regard.
