Just finished my taxes

I made five figures MORE money in 2018 than in 2017 but paid LESS in withholding AND am getting a refund this year as opposed to owing for the first time in 8 years.
Thanks Trump! I’m going to put my Trump Bump towards my credit card and pay down some of that debt.

$25000 standard deduction was huge for most families
Please concentrate on the entire tax bill not the paid in and “get back”. The tax is what it is—-how much did that change? That’s the numbers to look at and it should be good.

Exactly. I'm going to run my 2018 numbers through the 2017 software and see what the real difference is.
