Think about all the time and money you invested into the New Orleans Saints only to have that moment when they are the best team in the NFC and going to the Superbowl ripped away from us....Because the NFL needs the LA market to succeed at any cost. That is what happened yesterday and nothing will ever change that.

I said it yesterday. Its so rare to even get to a Super Bowl and we just had it ripped from us.

21-0 checked me out of LSU emotionally. This did it for me and the Saints. What sucks is that it was at the hands of someone else

I feel bad for Brees, Payton, the other coaches, players and staff, and Gayle Benson. Also the diehard fans esp that were there shouting their guys out.

Crushing blow considering everything that went into such a stellar season.

How do we get Roger to at the very least comment on Rule 17? How much noise needs to be made? How many petitions need to be signed?

Horrible tbh.

I'm still 100% Who Dat. Love this team and city. For me, the Saints transcend just being an NFL team. The relationship between fans, team and city is unique IMO.

Sports in general can divide or unite, but this is a truly special bond.

Between 2012 Bounty Gate where Goodell gutted a team that had won 37 regular season games over 3 seasons in a row and was primed to make another run

+ the officiating yesterday that despite our faults we were able to overcome until they literally stole the 1 play that would have sent us to the SB

it is pretty apparent Goodell's NFL doesnt have a spot for the Saints at the top of the mountain.
