some of the other converse are passable but those original ones just look terrible on damn near everybody.

You have to have small feet to wear them. Look like clown shoes if you wear more than a size 8 or so.

Yeah, I agree. They’re almost like clown shoes, but some people can pull them off. I customized these chucks on the Nike website. Still waiting for them to be delivered, so not sure yet if I’m happy with how they look/look on me:
