Certainly, that is the entire point of property tax incentives and it certainly spurs economic growth otherwise we wouldn't be discussing the "dire" ramifications to Zachery.

The salient issue, whether you like Together Baton Rouge or not, is why are the tax breaks that are given by LA so much higher than any other state even for the same industry/companies when there isn't a corresponding growth in the economy. On the surface, it would seem other states get the same or more for less, if you have better sources that suggest otherwise I would be interested.

Because it's been shown the businesses don't come without the tax breaks. What Together BR also just conveniently likes to leave out when comparing Louisiana to Texas is state income tax, which Texas doesn't have. Together BR is such a bullshite organization that will ruin what little economy BR does have.
