Illegal alien arrested for Calhoun Co. MS child molestation

A judge set bond at $150,000 for Jose Rubio. He is charged with following:
- 1 count of sexual battery
- 1 count of touching a child for lustful purposes
Sheriff Greg Pollan says the alleged incident happened in early December 2018. He says multiple children were involved.
The sheriff believes Rubio fled to Phoenix, Arizona, within hours of a report being filed. He is said to have relatives there. He was captured there and was returned to Mississippi earlier this week.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a detainer on Rubio because he is an illegal immigrant, Pollan said. Rubio is expected to be back in court on Jan. 23.

Dumb question, but why do they put on a bond on non-American citizens who are here illegally? You'd think they'd put them on a detainer hold or something similar.

should we go back and point out every crime an illegal committed during past when the GOP didn't put up a wall when the had a chance? I get it this board wants a wall and thinks that it will stop all crimes by illegal immigrants. these threads where you blame Dems are just stupid.

He shouldn't be called an "illegal alien" and accuse him of "child molestation". Just think how that must make him feel. We should refer to him as an "Unofficial American" and what he did was "Teaching the kids to be more like adults". 9 or 10 is the new 23.

All crimes committed by illegals are bad (as is all crime in general). In cases such as these, though, the punishment should be immediate death. No deportation. No jail time. Just a lead injection and be done with it.

I am sure I am in the minority on this board. I think illegals caught inside the United States should have their head cut off.
That would discourage other people from crossing the border, and it would keep 100% of these criminals from entering again.

nobody - absolutely nobody - is claiming that. Only dips hit left wing radicals deal in that absolutism rhetoric.
nothing will ever stop all crime at any level except for one thing = and that is to make it not to be a crime, and only left wing radicals advocate for that.
Quaranteening people to be sure they don't have tuberculosis doest stop all cases of tuberlocisis, but it is a damned good deterrent and reduces the instances significantly.
Same thing with a border wall - won't stop all illegal aliens, but it will make significant reductions.
