This is not necessarily true. Your statement neglects the initial conditions of our planet being formed in the solar system.

It is possible to have a faster orbit regardless of distance from a mass if other forces are involved

What, a magic black hole that could drag the earth along but not strip the moon from earth or frick with gravitation of the entire solar system?

But a sentient one that was shy so after being tied to the earth so long just let us go and went on it’s merry way?

Jesus, the half baked bullshite you give is bad enough. But to act like it is a leading possibility while simultaneously ignoring that that generates far more question than it resolves with mystical hand waving magic is too much.
