I love all the clueless answers in every realtor thread. They don’t keep all the commissions. Their broker takes a huge chunk of it.

how was that a clueless answer? A smart agent would continue the asskissing with a home present and try to preserve future bidness.

That is the agent"s problem, not the buyer or the seller, the agent if they have a clue should be giving the buyers a gift.
