Bias on r/politics on Reddit

I had almost 200 karma on Reddit. I made one post on r/politics that wasn't liberal and now have almost negative 100 karma. It's sad that as a conservative I don't have a voice. Is this a trend that will continue until all conservatives are silenced?

r/Politics is basically r/CommunismIsGood

Dude if there ever was a real Russian troll presence, it’s there. Literally the worst place on reddit

they are well known for censoring anything pro-trump or even republican. they purged several pages.

Just because they didn't like what you said doesn't mean you've lost your voice. You still have it for this echo ch-- ahem safe space-- here

You do have a voice, on multiple outlets. Just because one site doesn't like it doesn't mean you are being silenced.

Even the rest of Reddit is sick of /r/news and /r/politics and recognize them as the shallow echo chambers they are.
If REDDIT beings to think you're over the top left...you've got a problem.
My advice? Don't go there unless you want to do op-ed research.

Yeah it’s just the polar opposite of here.

Well I think your ability to start threads is based on your reputation, so to some degree you can pound out dissent and fill the entire sub with leftist garbage.

Bhahahah wtf is 200 karmas? Is that like internet tokens?! What an idiot. You don’t deserve a voice.

I don't think that's true, and regardless, you can easily create multiple accounts if need be.
Reddit, as a private site, is also free to silence whom they choose.

while i agree that TDPB is obviously right wing, please point to the dropping/deletion of threads by left leaning posters. they may get downvoted into bolivia, but they're not deleted.

No idea either but it sounds pretty childish.

r/politics and this PoliBoard share an equal amount of bias, just in different directions.
Posted on 1/9/19 at 9:13 am to OutdoorGuy82
/r/politics is bought and paid for by the DNC.
Posted on 1/9/19 at 9:13 am to MisslePig
I will never get off of reddit, soley because of r/gonewild (nsfw)
that being said, anything political on there is garbage.

This was actually admitted to by the mods of /r/politics during the election cycle.
And to those comparing this site to /r/politics...you're either being intellectually dishonest or ignorant beyond belief...
On this website, anyone can post ANYTHING from any news site and begin a discussion saying whatever you want (with obvious societal limits)...you can't do that on /r/politics.
The select what you see and what can be said.
