Man are you ever reading shite into this that isn't there. If there is condemnation anywhere, it's the lift. Hell, I did deadlifts yesterday. I still don't think anyone should do them, and I am still not condemning anyone that does them. I am looking out for their health. My way is better? I don't have a way.
