Bruh. All these guys coming back got me feeling some type of way.

I know, I know. This is a “Cool story bro” post, but I’m going to type it anyway.

When I was stationed in Montgomery I was able to make the SEC Baseball Tourney in Hoover in 2017. At the Championship Game I was sitting along the 3rd base line when an older gentleman wearing a gold polo asked if he could sit next to me. He sat down and we struck up a conversation.

In the course of the conversation I noticed he was wearing a class ring, but the stone in the middle was crimson red and not purple. Perplexed, I asked him where his ring was from. He replied Alabama. I was intrigued as to why he was there (Alabama wasn’t in the game) and in LSU colors. He told me he lived down the road and that his grandsons were long snappers on LSUs football team (one had just graduated and been drafted). He said Les Miles was kind enough to offer both scholarships and he always respected him and LSU for that and was now also a lifelong Tigers fan because that’s where they were at school.

He was a class act who even gave me an extra ticket he had to the hospitality suite (free food and alcohol) in the stadium. Here’s to you sir and your grandchildren! Thanks again for the ticket!

I feel like each player is announcing they are coming back with a video. It’s making me think about a Devin White video in the stadium with his horse(which already happened), announcing his comeback to finish what announcements!

Wow, didn't see that coming. I mean he was without a doubt a sure 2nd round talent at the least. Lol, it's a funny video though. What's even more funny is that some of our fans honestly believe he was thinking about leaving early to go pro hahaha. I'm glad we have a good pipeline with snappers honestly. They're worth the scholarships they're given when they're as impeccable as the ones we have had at LSU. Geaux Tigers.
