Us geological survey could say something if they were not shut.

There are 3 or 4 earthquakes a day here. I'm spitting distance from a magma chamber 14 km long. We get cheap electric out of it though.

I'm guessing new Madrid for you.

Do you know your area?

Mine is a disaster movie.

Great.

Alabama dynasty finally over and now the world's going to end.

Can LSU ever catch a break?

My fault. I'm in Leland watching the 1988 LSU Auburn game on the VHS in my trailor and had the volume kind of loud.

Sheeeet

I survived the May 4, 2018 Louisiana earthquake AND tsunami.
Even have the shirt to prove it.

Was in the gulf at mouth of the Mississippi River fishing when it happened.
Didn’t feel or see a damn thing, but I survived it nonetheless.

I highly doubt that’s an earthquake

One of your neighbors is a T-shirt Bama fan and is still beating his wife for that loss on Monday

Is it happening?

Yep. Fraking is causing plates, which used to be normally stable to shift.

I’m assuming that’s not enough to cause damage. If so, I Hope your ponds are ok.

It’s not just a good shake. They’re fine as of this morning

There is no fracking near here though. Only oil in the delta is a catfish farmer has 3 old wells in the bottom of a couple empty ponds and there’s some in the hills near yazoo city. But they’ve been there for decades
