So what’s the next LONG term web development platform?

Thinking like the old ASP.NET viability (I know it is still viable but you catch my drift)
What’s the best long term solution that can integrate with SQL Server/XML/Oracle which allows for seemless web app/phone app development without creating separate projects?
I realize I could look this up but I am in an anti-search engine mood right now. Would rather get my info from users (who will probably google anyway

Javascript frameworks. There are several, but that's the ecosystem that's gonna win for quote some time.

I don't know, but I use php on apache.
