Yeah but he’s so confident about it. I forget the subject or the guest, but he corrected the guest (who was correct) with incorrect information and the guest was like wtf
I do think he has a pretty vast knowledge of shite, and he’s funny as frick. That’s why I watch

Just enjoy the conversation and be introduced to new ideas. They are conversating man, he isn't giving a lecture.

This. I think he’s an overall smart guy and I enjoy his podcast. But it seems like there is a big segment of mostly dumb people who hold him up like he’s one of the greatest minds of our generation

We love Joe because he is open. Brings on a lot of different guests

Yeah i wrote Rogan off a few years back as a "woke meathead". Then came to recognize he is a ridiculously well rounded guy in his experiences and interests
Ive enjoyed the hell out of countless conversations hes had since then. Hit or miss, but tons of awesome episodes out there

If you have any interest in country music and it’s history Cocaine & Rhinestones is great. Also Your Favorite Band Sucks is entertaining until they trash a band you love

Lore is quality entertainment; if you enjoy Revolutions, I'd recommend looking up Mike Duncan's old History of Rome, from before then.
Unobscured is a good history of the Salem Witch Trials; Last Podcast on the Left deals with a history of serial killers with appropriately immature humor. The Lowe Post is a quality basketball podcast. Casefiles is an Australian true crime podcast that offers well delivered stories about a variety of crimes, including some American and British ones. Steve McNair: Fall of a Titan was a good pod by an SI writer looking into the uncertainties around the investigation of his death. Blackwood was a quality sci-fi horror fiction tale.
It'll all depend on where your interests lie.
