i didnt post the last 2 days of W4 but got them done.

W5d1

Chins- backed off to 5 after a long weekend
squats- 285*5/5

Circuit-squat, push press, v handle pulldown-5 rounds of 8. will go to 8x8 next week.

interval- jump rope tabata

honestly felt like shite. Gonna start walking this week, was raining this morning so slept in.
