It depends a ton on how much you know already about the subject.

A Random Walk Down Wall Street, by Burton Gordon Malkiel.
The only problem with this book is that after reading it, I felt like I knew everything I will ever need to know about investing.

This will get some hate, but cut through the fluff and theres some good info in Tony Robbins' book "Money: Master the Game"
But honestly you could just skip to the second half and read chapters with his interviews of Ray Dalio, Carl Icahn etc.

"The Only Investment Guide You'll Ever Need" by Andrew Tobias. I read an early version back around 1980. I gave each of my children the latest edition available a few years ago. The most current issues are a little "busy" but things have changed a lot since my first read and he covers a lot more areas.

much better book than rich dad poor dad platitudes to get you amped up and deliver nothing on actually what to do.
i'd suggest trading by the book, Joe ross for anyone who wants to make money in trading futures

Just read Rich Dad, Poor Dad online. Definitely gives you the right mindset and certainly a good understanding as to what "rich" is and how people approach it...simple ideas but certainly not a specific outline on exactly what to do outside of theory. Good read.

essays of Warren Buffett.
Tao of charlie munger.
I feel like everyone reads about buffet and Graham. these two books give you buffets own words and then insight to probably his biggest influence in investing strategies he uses today
