I like my BFG KO2's. Durable and they ride well.
Only gripe I have is that they suck in mud.

I can vouch BFG are pretty quiet.
Running 315/70R17 Cooper STT Pro now, they are not quiet.

Toyo RT is the only correct answer, not cheap but definitely worth the money. The Toyo AT’s are a little cheaper and also a really good tire

I replaced my Open Country with KO2's a few weeks ago. I like both. Neither are too loud for my liking and ride fine too.
