I'd you live in Louisiana, and your license isn't going to expire soon, download LA Wallet and get a digital copy of your driver's license. I think it's $5 for the term of your license. When you renew your license, you have to pay the $5 again.
I used credits that I earned from Google rewards to pay for it. It's valid for voting, and if a cop asks for your license.

that's how I got this $10 was from Google rewards. It asks me everyday what store I've been to and gives me 30 cents
