Dropping coin Uptown is on a whole other level than dropping coin in lakeview. Try getting something UPT for the same price as something in lakeview that is comparable in size and not having to do renovations.

If I was single or married with no kids UPT would be where I would look too. If you have kids its hard to argue against Lakeview. Being close to City Park and the lake takes it out of the suburb feeling for me.
