I understand people from New Orleans view it as a status symbol of sorts to live there But as someone who didn’t grow up in the city Ive never had the want to live in lakeview at all.

Dropping coin Uptown is on a whole other level than dropping coin in lakeview. Try getting something UPT for the same price as something in lakeview that is comparable in size and not having to do renovations.
