I will never understand the want to live in Lakeview. It makes zero sense. I understand paying high dollar for uptown or the quarter, its old school charm with walk-ability and authentic old houses
Lakeview is just another modern neighborhood with none of that and you are paying more money than right across the canal to simply have a new orleans mailing address
